shes amazing

This is me, before and after of course.
Back then I was in a dark place, inside of me, in my life. I went through a lot. I’m not saying I had the worst life, but we all have our ups and downs along the way. I felt so alone, when there were people all around me. I never realised, because I felt trapped by it all, and harm was my only release.
I never thought back then that I would be here, that the picture on the right would show arms of only scars and not more cuts. I never thought I would have the strength to get through it, to stop, to see the person I really was.
Truth is, we all have the strength inside of us, we do. I’ve been to the dark place where everything seems hopeless, but I’m proof we have strength. So to all who harm out there, to all who are depressed or feel alone, you’re not alone. You are strong enough, you can do this. You can get through all of this.
